		<description>Great points, Savannah. Although many of us focus on what stresses us, others let the stress wash over us, react to it and fail to notice the less obvious stressors. People know they’re stressed about the economy but are often in denial about interpersonal stressors like resentment or later stages of grief.

Also, as a professional organizer, I’m psyched to see you make a point about planning. People who are able to identify their tasks, prioritize them and tackle each in a written list are far more likely to feel like they have control over their situations, and every day, I see how self-mastery and control over one’s environment lessens stress and improves self-esteem!
