‘Tis The Season To Be JOLLY!

Oh the holiday! It looks like this: Friends and family laughing and sitting around a table heaped with turkey and ham, yams, green beans and pies. A fire is roaring in the fireplace and the stunning tree in the corner has beautifully wrapped gifts piled high and waiting to be opened. Is that really how your holiday looks or is it somewhat different?

The holidays for some are a magical and enjoyable time filled with family, friends, parties, social gatherings, fun and food. For others it can mean a time filled with tremendous anxiety, challenges, and personal and family struggles. The reality is there is going to be stress. What Are You Grateful For?

There is so much to be grateful for. I used to tell people when they asked me how I was doing that “waking up that morning made it a great day”! It’s so true that we have so much to be grateful for, no matter our circumstance. We just need to look for it and we really don’t have to look very far.
